Shipping Policy
Shipping is paid by the buyer, and varies based on weight and location. Currently, we are only shipping to the US.
All shipping is USPS unless otherwise noted.
We try to get items shipped out within 1-2 days of the order being placed. You will receive shipping information as soon as the label is created.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds requested before shipping will be granted.
Hatching eggs are not guaranteed in any way due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control such as shipping, handling, and incubation conditions. Fertile eggs can fail to develop and appear clear because of damage during shipping. While every effort will be made to provide you with fertile, well-packaged eggs, the seller will not be held liable for the eggs’ failure to develop or hatch. If the eggs you have selected are not available to ship on the date you have selected, you may request a refund or select another shipping date.
All sales of honey are final. We make every effort to make sure you get a quality product, and unfortunately cannot accept returns of this product.
All sales of wool are final.
All sales of live poultry and livestock are final.
